How to file GPM311 for an individual activity in Lithuania (2027)
If you run an individual activity with a certificate in Lithuania, you file the annual income declaration GPM311 with the IV annex for 2026 and pay the income tax by 3 May. You declare your income, actual expenses or 30 % of income, VSD and PSD, and the IV tax credit; the yearly Sodra contributions are due by the same date.

The figures you need
| Figure | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Income | Everything received from the activity during the year |
| Expenses | Actual, with documents – or 30 % of income without |
| VSD and PSD | 12.52 % and 6.98 % of 90 % of the profit; with actual expenses they lower the taxable income |
| IV tax credit | Up to 15 % of taxable income, shrinking from €20,000 and gone at €42,500 |
Estimate it first with the individual activity tax calculator.
Good to know
- Actual expenses need documents; with 30 % none are needed, but VSD and PSD are not deducted either.
- Above €42,500 of taxable income the IV credit no longer applies.
